1. The service
VideoSelfie, operated by Dan Spiegel LLC, lets registered users send and receive short video selfie messages. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not send unlawful, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content, impersonate others, or attempt to access messages or accounts that are not yours. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the videos you record. You grant us the limited right to store and deliver them to your chosen recipients. Video messages are limited to one minute.
5. Availability & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Dan Spiegel LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
